IMELCO SUPERVISORY BOARD
The business interests of each member are represented in the Supervisory Board by one dedicated person.
IMELCO MANAGING DIRECTORS
All issues related to daily business as well as supplier relationships of IMELCO are subject to the discussion by the Board of Managing Directors. Each member delegates one Managing Director to the Meetings of the Board.
In addition, a further Managing Director running the operational office in Hanover, the main contact point for all IMELCO-related issues, is appointed by the General Assembly.
